A positive experience with vive support.


bought some new controllers in February, they lasted 3 months before the trackpads busted, RMA’d it with [vive.com](https://vive.com)’s live chat function, they asked for the serial numbers, I gave them the serial numbers and my details, then couriered it off and I should be getting my new controllers in a few days. seemless friendly interaction, thought I’d share my experience since people are scared of sending their controllers back, but here in Australia if its under warranty still, you very well should get new ones from htc while you can.

It didnt cost me a thing.

Edit: for those Wondering I got them back today exactly one week later, it was quick and painless.
